Project Leap: Wealth Management

OBJECTIVES

To increase the revenue of Wealth Management in 2020 vs 2019 for the following businesses:

• Insurance

• Unit Trust

• Retail Bonds

SCOPE OF WORK

Diagnostic (1 month)

A diagnostic study of all 3 business areas was conducted. Based on this Observations, Findings, Data Analysis and Recommendations were shared and agreed with the Bank’s key leaders.

Design and Implementation (14 months)

1. Clarify & revitalize role of Product Managers & Specialists with a view to drive Sales production

2. Develop a better Segment-Product grid

3. Build a “Customer First” theme

4. Improve Activity Management of Relationship Managers (RMs)

5. Improve central leads (CMS) conversion

6. Build sales tools & templates for focused segments & products

7. Build an onboarding program for new RM hires

KEY OUTCOMES

The Project is currently in progress. Its full implementation by end 2020 will lead to:

Adoption of robust sales and client engagement practices YoY growth in 2020 of 17% or more Improvement in sales activity, sales productivity and RM activation %
